full-time Lead HVAC Service Technician
to go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their heating and cooling systems while also advising, mentoring, and supervising our newer techs. We are looking for an individual to
start out as a Lead HVAC Service Technician and later advance into an HVAC manager or supervisor . Are you eager to use your years of experience to

This position receives
a competitive hourly wage
of
$20-$40/hr depending on experience . We also provide top-notch benefits including

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
EPA certification
5+ years of heating and air conditioning experience
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Management experience is a plus but not required. Are you motivated to further your heating and air conditioning career as a skilled HVAC technician? Can you quickly troubleshoot and fix issues? Are you dependable, hardworking, and attentive to safety? Do you have good communication skills and the ability to express technical information in layman's terms?
