A strong background in consumer insights, data governance, and enterprise data architecture is essential, ideally within consumer-facing and transaction-driven businesses. You should have a solid understanding of privacy regulations, the ability to mentor high-performing teams, and a proven track record of influencing and driving organizational change. Familiarity with various data and technology tools, along with commercial acumen to quantify ROI, will be highly valued. Professional certifications and experience in data management are a plus.
