Ongoing professional guidance and mentorship. Qualifications: Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech Language Pathology. Speech Language Pathology License as issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners. Successful experience working with children is preferred. Role Overview: As an SLP, you will develop and implement individualized education/treatment programs for students facing communication challenges due to developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. This position allows you to impact young learners positively in a supportive school environment. Job Details: Schedule: 37.5 hours per week. Dates: ASAP - June 10, 2026. In-person only. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize specialized materials, equipment, and environments essential for the speech and language program. Provide educationally related communication intervention for students affected by disorders of language, speech, or hearing in various settings. Assess the speech and language skills of students suspected of having a communication disorder and consult with teachers to develop IEP goals and objectives. Provide resources, modeling strategies, and training to team members regarding communication interventions. Communicate regularly about individual student assessments and progress with school staff (special and general education), parents, and, when appropriate, the student. Ready to Make a Difference?
