Salary - Starting at $90,000 per year.

Position - Hybrid:

This full-time role will begin in-person for the first 90 days. Transition to a hybrid schedule may be considered at the supervisor's discretion following this training period.

Property Controller

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a

Property Controller.

This position is responsible for the planning, direction and management of the financial information of the hotel and for establishing, coordinating, and administering all financial systems and internal controls. You would supervise three others, including an AR manager, a cashier, and a property accounting manager.

Key Responsibilities Develops and recommends the department's budget and objectives and manages within those approved plans. Provide the timely dissemination of reports to management to assist in achieving bottom-line results. Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial reports and other reports as requested by Management, including annual audit. What We're Looking For

A bachelor's degree in accounting/financial management is preferred. Must have 3-5 years of experience managing finances, preferably in the hospitality sector. Must understand Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, processes, and procedures. Must have experience in using computerized information systems, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications required. Enjoys hands-on leadership and is team oriented. A Sampling of Our Benefits
