Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end operations including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement and quality assurance
Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization
Lead cross-functional teams to meet production targets, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain high product quality
Implement and sustain Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives
Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures to ensure financial performance
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to align operations with business goals
Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all facilities
Drive automation and technology adoption to enhance productivity and scalability
Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
Lead capacity planning and capital investment projects to support growth and expansion
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership within the packaging, manufacturing or related industry
Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and leading large teams
Strong knowledge of supply chain management, production planning, and process optimization
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other operational excellence methodologies (certification preferred)
Demonstrated success in driving cost savings, efficiency improvements, and quality enhancements
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics, and performance management tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands‑on leadership style
