We are seeking an experienced
Merchandising Manager
to lead product development, retail strategy, and supply chain operations for a growing hospitality brand. This role will oversee all aspects of product planning, OEM coordination, and merchandising execution - ensuring that every offering reflects the company's commitment to quality, creativity, and guest experience. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Japanese/English) merchandising professional who combines business acumen with a strong design and product sensibility, thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural environment that bridges hospitality and retail. Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and manage product concepts
and OEM coordination, ensuring product quality, compliance, and timely execution. Formulate and execute sales strategies
across retail and wholesale channels, including client negotiations and strategic partnerships. Expand EC and B2B channels
to drive new revenue streams and brand visibility. Lead
promotional and merchandising initiatives
that align with the company's hospitality and brand identity. Optimize supply chain and inventory management
to ensure operational efficiency. Supervise, mentor, and develop the merchandising team , including the Assistant Manager and other support staff. Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of experience
in merchandising, retail, or product development - ideally within
hospitality, luxury goods, or lifestyle brands . Proven expertise in
OEM coordination , supplier management, quality control, and production scheduling. Demonstrated
leadership experience
managing small teams or cross-functional departments. Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
required. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across global teams. Why Join Us
