About the Role
The Company is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Compliance Technology to spearhead its global cybersecurity compliance and risk management initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with both global regulatory requirements and the organization's business goals.
This role includes leading a cross-functional team, translating complex information security risks into clear, actionable business impact statements, and ensuring adherence to a variety of compliance frameworks and standards, such as NIST 800-53, FIPS, GDPR, and CCPA. You will serve as the primary compliance advisor to internal delivery teams, manage external audits, and cultivate a robust compliance culture through effective leadership and communication.
To be successful, candidates should possess at least 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, information risk, or IT compliance, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. You will need an in-depth understanding of cybersecurity regulations and standards, a solid background in third-party risk management, and a proven track record in policy development and audit readiness.
As a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to the organization’s values, you will foster a culture of compliance, drive employee awareness programs, and continuously monitor the changing regulatory landscape to ensure our security posture meets evolving requirements.
