Staffmark is hiring a Machine Repair Technician to join a skilled maintenance team in Blue Ash, OH. In this role, you'll keep production running smoothly by installing, maintaining, and repairing complex machinery and equipment.
Pay: $27.89/hour + $1.08 shift differential
Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday | 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Overtime as needed on weekdays and weekends)
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain all machinery and production equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues Perform both temporary and permanent repairs to minimize downtime Rebuild machines and overhaul troublesome components or attachments Fit and align bearings, spindles, shafts, and adjust mechanisms and gibs Assist with new equipment installations, relocations, and alignments Requirements:
Knowledge of mechanics, machine design, and electrical/hydraulic systems Ability to read machine drawings and use precision instruments Welding skills (arc, gas, MIG) Able to work independently and communicate effectively Must pass Respirator Fit Test and CPR/First Aid training Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, climbing, and crouching Comfortable working around noise, vibration, and occasional temperature extremes or confined spaces
