This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker to design and implement plans that boost our syndications activities. You will lead a team of talented transactors, providing guidance and mentorship, while also analyzing market pricing and structures. Your role will encompass deal marketing, origination, financial modeling, and market data analysis. With strong leadership and exceptional credit skills, you will engage with banking professionals to foster new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a BA or BS degree, with an MBA preferred, along with at least 15 years of experience in loan syndications, investment banking, or commercial banking. Outstanding management, communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be proficient in job-related software, financial modeling, and credit analysis. In addition, your responsibilities will include participating in the senior loan committee, determining risk ratings, and enhancing the understanding of capital markets and syndicated loan markets among banking staff. A proactive approach to risk management and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and company procedures are a must.
