Labeling and sorting products accurately.
Adhering to safety procedures at all times.
Using basic computer systems to track inventory effectively.
Assisting with pulling inventory, preparing shipments, and handling customer returns.
Collaborating closely with shipping carriers to schedule pickups.
Managing paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Working with the Finance department to ensure timely billing and documentation.
Partnering with warehouse leads to address order and shipping issues promptly.
Being proactive and committed to delivering all tasks on time.
Submitting timely activity reports as required.
Learning about company products and services to better assist customers.
