Education: Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field, additional years of qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis. Experience: Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance/operations, construction, or related fields, including at least three (3) years in a supervisory or lead capacity. Experience in K-12 settings preferred. Licensing, Certification, Testing Requirements: Fingerprint/criminal justice clearance; Tuberculosis clearance; and a valid driver's license and evidence of insurability are required.
