Drive Financial Strategy for a $1B+ Business
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Finance Director (RFD) to join our Americas Leadership Team. This executive-level role is pivotal in shaping the financial strategy and execution for our $1B+ Americas business. As the lead finance partner to the President, Americas, you will influence regional strategy, drive commercial performance, and lead high-performing finance teams across the region.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnering Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the President of Americas Influence regional strategy and commercial execution through financial insights Present monthly performance updates to CooperVision and Cooper Companies executive leadership Lead long-range planning and assess the financial impact of new programs, strategies, and regulatory changes Financial Management & Operational Excellence
Oversee FP&A for the Americas region Drive continuous improvement in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes Enhance financial systems and processes to improve controls, service levels, and operational efficiency Commercial Finance & Deal Support
Partner with Commercial leadership to drive revenue growth and profitability Collaborate with Sales Operations to accelerate deal decision-making and optimize commercial outcomes Provide financial oversight on sales, purchase, and lease contracts Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and internal control frameworks Talent Development & Leadership
Inspire, mentor, and develop finance talent across the Americas region Drive performance management and succession planning Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Qualifications
Education & Experience:
MBA preferred 15+ years of senior financial leadership experience in multinational, matrixed organizations Proven success in dynamic, competitive markets with international/regional scope Skills & Attributes:
Strong commercial acumen and deal structuring expertise Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities Demonstrated success in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders Experience leading finance transformation and ERP implementations Deep understanding of financial systems, reporting, and compliance frameworks Ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity with a hands-on, collaborative approach Why Join Us?

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $161,532.00 - $248,510.00 and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
