As a foundational member of our team, you will strive to provide excellent customer service, while also meeting store sales goals. Please note that this role requires interaction with customers, including minors, as well as access to various payment methods and store merchandise. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist customers in-person and via phone, determining their needs and suggesting suitable products. Develop trust-based relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions per company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Restock shelves and set up attractive displays. Keep store equipment clean and operational. Load and unload delivery trucks when required. Help maintain a presentable store environment by ensuring stock availability. Stay informed about product offerings and communicate options effectively. Adhere to inventory control procedures and suggest improvements for sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Authorized to work in the employment country without sponsorship. Possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment. Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is a plus.
