We are currently seeking an
experienced HVAC Service Technician
for our
second shift (M-F 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm) . Work Hours:
Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. You are guaranteed to be paid 40 hours per week, though some weeks you may only have to work 20-30 hours, depending on client needs.

Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with company standards.
Provide technical feedback to the Service Manager regarding training needs, inventory, and pricing.
Participate in utility programs and retrofit installations as needed.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude
and commitment to professionalism.
3+ years
of HVAC service experience .
HVAC education or a strong mechanical background is .
Valid driver's license
with a clean and insurable record.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
Experienced with a variety of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong decision-making skills for repairs and replacements.
Advanced customer service skills.
Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing techniques.
NATE certification
is a plus.
