Competitive Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00/hr based on experience
Your Role:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide variety of
residential heating and cooling systems . You'll provide top-quality service to our valued customers, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our team on utility programs and retrofit installations when needed. Your expertise will be key in providing feedback to our Service Manager and helping us continually improve.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and repair residential HVAC systems to company standards
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients
Troubleshoot a variety of heating, cooling, and air balancing systems
Provide feedback to management on technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing
Work on retrofit installations and utility program participation as needed
Perform work in an efficient, timely manner while ensuring high-quality results
What You Bring to the Table:
We're looking for someone with solid experience and a strong work ethic. Ideally, you'll have:
3+ years of HVAC experience
(, but we'll consider all candidates with strong mechanical backgrounds)
HVAC education or technical training

A
clean driving record
and an
insurable driving history
A positive, "can-do" attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to
read and interpret wiring diagrams
and troubleshoot HVAC systems
Advanced
customer service
and
problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of
sheet metal practices
and
air balancing techniques
NATE Certification
(a plus, but not required)
