About the Role
The Company is excited to invite applications for the position of Vice President of Debt Financing to spearhead origination efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the sourcing, underwriting, and structuring of commercial real estate senior bridge loans, along with select mezzanine and preferred equity positions. Ideal candidates will have at least ten years of experience in real estate finance and a proven track record of success in originating and structuring senior bridge loans in major markets.
The Vice President will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, brokers, banks, developers, and investors, and will play a key role in negotiating and closing intricate commercial real estate debt investments. Strong credit skills to identify and mitigate risks are essential, as is the ability to collaborate with the underwriting team to prepare insightful credit presentations.
The successful candidate should embody an entrepreneurial spirit, possess superior negotiation capabilities, and demonstrate a keen aptitude for identifying and addressing risks in real estate debt transactions. We seek a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects effectively, work independently, and pay close attention to detail. While travel requirements are minimal (less than 10%), the candidate should possess the appropriate educational background to succeed.
