A robust understanding of various pricing methodologies, particularly value-based pricing, along with a strong commercial strategy background, is essential. The successful applicant will also have a proven record of developing and leading pricing teams that deliver measurable business results. This role requires solid analytical and financial skills, excellent communication capabilities, strong stakeholder management competencies, and experience in commercial negotiations. The candidate should excel in cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, product, and marketing teams.
