As the first point of contact, the Office Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. This position requires a dynamic individual who possesses excellent communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly.
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
Assist with data entry and filing as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment operation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
