Travel Interventional Radiology (IR) - $3,180 per week in Milwaukee, WI

Job Title: Clinical Services - Cardiology Profession: Clinical Services Specialty: Cardiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted with IR experience. License: RN - WI License; RT - ARRT Certifications: RN - BLS, ACLS; RT - BLS Must-Have: Experience in general IR procedures; experience with Siemens and GE imaging equipment preferred. Description: This position requires the ability to scrub and circulate basic, intermediate, and advanced interventional radiology (IR) procedures. Candidates should be familiar with various procedures, including central line placements, nephrostomy tubes, and embolization. Experience with neuro IR procedures is required for RNs and preferred for RTs. The department operates 24/7 and serves adult patients, averaging 40-50 cases daily. Orientation will involve working with a preceptor for adequate acclimation. Weekend call rotation is expected, with specific scheduling guidelines for weekdays and weekends. Candidates should possess skills in monitoring and charting patient care. Additional experience with IV pumps, medication dispensing systems, and EMR is beneficial. This role may involve working closely with a supportive team including lead techs, respiratory therapy, and transport staff. The ability to work collaboratively and be flexible with scheduling is essential.
