'Tis the season of fresh new opportunities at Staffmark! Our partner company has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to fill a Maintenance Technician position with a leading manufacturing company located in Cleveland, TN.
Pay: Depending on experience Schedules Available: 2nd shift and 3rd shift
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems, including PLCs, drives, power supplies, and testing equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics to verify proper equipment function and identify faults. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and document findings, addressing issues promptly. Use diagnostic tools such as Volt-Ohm meters to test and verify electrical performance. Follow safety protocols, including proper lockout/tagout and machine guarding procedures. Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers to resolve technical issues. Qualifications:
Strong electro-mechanical background with emphasis on electrical troubleshooting. Experience working with high-voltage systems (up to 480V). Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to interpret electrical drawings and follow complex technical documentation. Knowledge of forklifts or mobile elevated work platforms (preferred but not required). Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail in all maintenance activities.
