HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for an
HVAC Service Technician
to join our team!
Job Summary:
To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with high-quality experience. Assist with training Service Technicians. Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.
Benefits:
Medical, dental and vision (Available the first of the month following 60 days of employment). Employees are covered at 85%, dependents are covered at 75%. (This will be deducted from your paycheck weekly)
40 hours sick pay per calendar year (available after initial 90 days of employment)
401K retirement with up to 6% match from company.
10 paid holidays.
Overtime on an as needed basis. No on call or regular scheduled weekend work.
Work Hours:
7:30am-4pm
Pay Range:
$32.00/hr.-$45.00/hr.- Depending on Experience
Required Qualifications:
3+ years experience as a residential or commercial service technician.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience making repair and replace decisions.
Advanced customer service skills.
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner.
Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
Qualifications desired:
Universal EPA Certification
Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
Possess tools needed
