About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician to support daily operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and uphold the overall quality of a high-end apartment community. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works well independently, and enjoys solving hands-on maintenance challenges in a professional yet laid-back environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants, ensuring all units meet high turnover standards and are move-in ready. Conduct regular property inspections and complete preventative maintenance tasks for building systems and equipment. Maintain strong property appearance and curb appeal standards. Oversee and coordinate work from outside vendors when required. Participate in the on-call rotation, providing after-hours support as needed (especially for single-tech properties). Adhere to company safety and operational procedures, maintaining a professional and dependable work ethic. Support broader property management goals by assisting with other operational duties as assigned. Qualifications

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must be capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physically demanding tasks. HVAC or EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred but not required. What We're Looking For

Reliable, steady employment history (no frequent job changes). Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with residents and staff. Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing maintenance issues before they escalate. Team-oriented attitude - you'll work with property managers who are approachable and trust their team's autonomy.

Work Environment & Culture

You'll be joining a supportive, down-to-earth team that values trust, professionalism, and work ethic. The environment is collaborative and non-micromanaged, ideal for someone who takes initiative and enjoys a mix of independent work and teamwork.
