Digital Marketing Performance Analyst role at Margaritaville at Sea. This position focuses on measurement, analysis, and optimization of digital marketing investments to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and ROI targets. Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze performance across paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, Affiliate) using website analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4) to uncover actionable insights and support data-driven decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to track key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel efficiency) and enable continuous optimization of marketing strategies. Collaborate with channel managers, marketing analytics, and CRM teams to improve targeting, spend allocation, and creative effectiveness across digital channels. Translate performance data into strategic recommendations for budget allocation, testing roadmaps, and audience segmentation. Forecast marketing spend and evaluate ROI in partnership with finance and marketing leadership, aligned with business goals. Ensure data governance, accuracy, and consistency across marketing tools, tracking tags, and reporting platforms. Stay current on digital marketing trends, measurement methodologies, and attribution modeling to inform strategy and innovation. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field. 35 years of experience in digital marketing analytics with a focus on paid media and performance marketing. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta). Experience with BI/reporting tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar. Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution models, and funnel performance. Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Commitment to data accuracy and governance across marketing tools and reporting platforms. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and attribution methodologies.
