About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Chief Information Executive (CIE) to drive our mission of enhancing healthcare outcomes. In this key leadership position, you will spearhead information strategy, infrastructure development, and organizational growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing data governance and analytics, utilizing AI technologies to boost operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare IT, analytics, or enterprise technology leadership. A strong background as a previous CIO or VP of Technology in a PBM, payer, or healthcare organization is crucial. Your expertise in cloud architecture, AI/ML analytics, and cybersecurity will be invaluable, as will your thorough understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks.
You will play a critical role in building and scaling high-performing teams while aligning our information and data investments with business objectives. Alongside being a reliable advisor on strategy, risk, and innovation, you will have a demonstrable record of transforming IT operations and analytics platforms. Experience in vendor negotiations is a plus, and a willingness to travel is essential.
