You will also manage the restaurant's budget and financial strategies. Job Requirements and Essential Functions: Must be at least 18 years old. 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including budget management. Willingness to work a 50-hour week. High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory. Basic computer skills are required. Must have reliable transportation. Strong analytical skills with basic business math and accounting knowledge. Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop for approximately 80% of the shift.
