About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Product Development to spearhead the innovation and growth of our commercial real estate software solutions. This strategic role is crucial in driving the product vision and roadmap, aiming to maximize the ROI and value of our product suite. You will be responsible for identifying market trends, understanding customer needs, and analyzing competitive landscapes to shape our product strategy.
Your leadership will extend to portfolio consolidation, enhancing customer retention and growth, and driving operational efficiency. You will lead a high-performing product management and design team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of commercial real estate and/or workflow automation, coupled with a strong background in product and design management. With at least 12 years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a significant leadership role, you will make informed decisions and operate both autonomously and collaboratively.
Your strategic mindset, data-driven approach, and attention to detail will be essential as you engage with the Senior Leadership team and represent the company externally. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
