As a Restaurant Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program based on restaurant performance, with payouts every period. Day-to-day responsibilities: Manage profitability through cash control, maintaining inventory levels, overseeing labor, and analyzing financial reports. Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers. Coach and train your team to ensure operational excellence and restaurant success. Conduct inventory counts every other week. Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure exceptional service and quality product for guests. Requirements: What you bring: At least 1 year of general management experience in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in quick-service restaurants (QSR). Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week. Physical ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk for entire shifts; safely maneuver in compact spaces and operate restaurant equipment. Additional Information: Restaurant Manager compensation is commensurate with skill and experience. Exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and location, and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in various states are as follows: State of Maryland: $53,000 to $58,000 State of New York: $55,000 to $60,000 New York City: $65,000 to $70,000 Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 to $58,000
