Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel NICU RN We are seeking an experienced NICU RN with a minimum of 2 years of neonatal intensive care experience. You will provide specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care. Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and neonatal expertise are essential. Responsibilities: Deliver direct care to critically ill and premature infants Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and other specialized equipment Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to protocols Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other team members Educate and support families on care plans and infant development Qualifications: Current RN license Minimum 2 years of NICU experience Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
