Position Summary: The Consultant / Facilitator is a versatile Learning & Development (L&D) professional who provides strategic consulting, program design, and facilitation support across a wide spectrum of HR and L&D initiatives. This individual is highly adaptable, able to manage complex projects, partner with stakeholders, and step into the classroom (in-person or virtual) to deliver impactful training experiences. They serve as both a strategic consultant-designing, implementing, and measuring L&D solutions-and a skilled facilitator who can engage employees at all levels in meaningful learning experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities: Consulting & Project Leadership Partner with business leaders, HR, and stakeholders to assess learning and talent needs. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve training effectiveness and organizational capability. Flex between multiple concurrent projects, balancing strategic design with operational delivery. Lead end-to-end L&D projects such as:

New hire and advanced contact center training Leadership development programs Talent management and succession planning initiatives Career pathing frameworks and individual development plan (IDP) support Competency modeling and mapping Sentiment and engagement survey design, rollout, and analysis Program Design & Development:

Design and customize learning solutions aligned with organizational competencies and strategic goals. Develop training materials, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and digital learning resources. Ensure programs are inclusive, engaging, and practical for diverse employee audiences. Facilitation & Delivery:

Deliver high-impact training sessions for new hires, leaders, and employees at all levels. Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and development sessions-both virtually and inperson. Adapt facilitation style to meet the needs of different audiences and environments. Foster safe, interactive, and engaging learning environments that drive behavior change. Measurement & Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate program effectiveness using surveys, feedback, and performance data. Recommend adjustments to improve learning outcomes and participant experience. Stay current with L&D best practices, emerging trends, and facilitation techniques. Skills & Competencies:

Strong project management and organizational skills. Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and engaging diverse audiences. Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles. Data-driven mindset; able to analyze survey results, performance metrics, and learning impact. Flexibility to balance strategic consulting and hands-on delivery. Relationship builder who collaborates effectively with cross-functional partners.
