SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Supervisor assists in the leadership and direction for the market's warehouse operations and helps to ensure that the programs are aligned with the strategic goals of the Company. Components of this position include the inventory, warehouse execution, and personnel practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - WAREHOUSE EXECUTION:

Ensure warehouse operations and processes maximize efficiency and sales Responsible for accurate receiving and shipping of product Manage pulling process for accuracy and timeliness Complete required paperwork and provide to the appropriate department Ensure warehouse is up to company standards on appearance and functionality KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - INVENTORY:

Partner with Operations Manager to ensure appropriate levels of inventory are on hand to maximize sales Review discrepancies from inventory and make appropriate corrections Ensure all merchandise is properly racked and tagged Assist Operations Manager with inventory and safety audits KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - PERSONNEL PRACTICES:

Assist in managing warehouse processes, directing workload, and dispatching drivers Take an active role in the Hiring/On-Boarding and progressive discipline of associates Monitor safety of warehouse operations and assists with training for new employees and periodic re-training for all those in the warehouse PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:

Lift or move up to 100 lbs. Must be able to stoop and kneel daily in order to perform warehouse tasks Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts Must be able to perform manual labor such as loading and unloading product, and handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED and two years or more related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read and interpret financial reports, documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals 2+ years Wholesale Experience 2+ years Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience Wholesale or Home delivery service Basic Warehouse/Wholesale Operations Inventory Control Safety policies and processes Microsoft Office products BENEFITS:

Employees are also eligible to participate in our company's 401(k) plan that provides matching contributions. Please note, benefits may vary for those working at a Union facility. We offer annual vacation pay and paid holidays throughout the calendar year. The New Years Eve Holiday may be observed in current or subsequent year depending on the day it falls. Individual departments or functions that need to deviate from the above schedule due to operating requirements will do so on an as needed basis. Employees who are subject to a Collective Bargaining Agreement will follow the holiday schedule provided in the CBA. Other Compensation may include, but is not limited to, bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range or wage scale. Position dependent. The stated benefits are for full-time positions working 30+ hours a week. Part-time positions may be eligible for limited benefits. WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The atmosphere is that of a warehouse environment and office space. This position will primarily work in a facility where forklifts are present. Employees must wear Personal Protective Equipment that is issued for the branch location. Temperature can range from extreme cold to extreme heat. Frequent use of company communication devices is required such as a computer, cell phone, and printer.
