Job Description
Strategic Sourcing Consultant - IT & Software 5-month contract -
Hybrid - San Francisco, CA $34-$37 hourly Must Haves:
Experience with IT procurement (software, hardware, cloud, services) RFP/RFI management Contract negotiation Stakeholder and supplier engagement Market research and cost-savings analysis Preferred:
Experience in retail or beauty industry Familiarity with various procurement systems Job Description: Responsible for negotiating supplier agreements, navigating stakeholders through the intake-to-contract process, and providing strategic sourcing support across the business units. Focus areas include software (on-premise and SaaS), hardware, cloud services, and IT professional services. Key responsibilities include launching and managing RFP/RFI processes, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies, conducting market research and benchmarking, and fostering strong supplier relationships. Primary stakeholders are in Technology and E-Commerce.
