Patient Care Representative
to join our team.
Patient Care Representatives
services as the first point of contact for patients calling into the practice. This position plays a key role in providing excellent customer service, managing patient interactions, and supporting the dental team with reliable administrative assistance.
The ideal candidate will hold a friendly and professional demeanor, demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to stay focused and productive with minimal supervision. They must be able to adapt to changing needs, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage patient calls efficiently without compromising the patient experience. Experience with dental terminology is preferred.

Office Schedule: Monday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Saturday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (2 per month) Compensation:

Requirements: Patient Interaction/Appointment Management:
Answer calls in a friendly and professional manner. Address inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department. Verify patient information and insurance details as needed. Greet New Patient, assist them in joining our practice and schedule their appointments.a Send appointment reminders to patients and confirm appointments as needed. Handle appointment cancellations and rescheduling via phone calls. Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed. Handle patient registration over phone when needed. Verify insurance information. Overflow work from admin team as needed Team Coordination:
Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists and other staff to ensure seamless patient care. Problem Resolution:
Address patient concerns and resolve issues related to appointments, billing, or service. Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure concerns are handled properly. Qualifications:
Proven experience in healthcare setting, preferably in a dental office. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes. Proficient in using dental office software and general office applications. High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 15-30 pounds at time.
