Controller
to oversee financial operations across several business units. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines tactical execution with strategic influence, supporting both day-to-day accounting and long-term financial planning. The position offers visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to help shape the company's financial direction as it continues to expand.
What You'll Do
As Group Controller, you will play a key role in driving financial excellence across multiple locations by: Leading and mentoring local site controllers and accounting teams Delivering accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting and analysis Managing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes Ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal control standards Supporting audits, regulatory filings, and process improvements Partnering with senior leadership to strengthen performance tools and reporting systems What You Bring
We're looking for a confident, hands-on finance leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys developing teams. The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred) 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, consolidation, and audit processes Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and drive process improvement Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
