We are seeking a skilled and dependable

Maintenance Technician

to support the day-to-day operations of our production facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and occasionally operating a variety of production and packaging equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to keeping equipment in optimal working condition to ensure a safe, efficient, and smooth-running production environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues Conduct regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential equipment issues Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics Assist with equipment setups, changeovers, cleaning, and routine adjustments Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance logs and records Step into machine operation roles when necessary to maintain workflow Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal downtime Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures Maintain tools, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure a clean and organized work area Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance tasks and equipment use Document equipment history, identify recurring issues, and propose solutions Recommend and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and uptime Support general facility maintenance and related tasks as needed Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training a plus 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance or mechanical support role Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues Experience with production machinery; familiarity with pneumatic and basic electrical systems Skilled in the use of hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and reading schematics Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods, and performing hands-on tasks Flexible and willing to support machine operation when necessary Strong organizational skills with the ability to document and standardize procedures Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset Able to work independently with minimal supervision Experience in regulated production environments (e.g., food, beverage, or personal care manufacturing) preferred
