Direct Hire About the Role

Acts as a liaison between clients and relationship managers, providing exceptional customer service while supporting operational and administrative functions for the regional office. Prepares and analyzes account information to support relationship management and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and relationship managers, effectively communicating client needs and concerns. Support compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Information Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and related regulations, including responding to inquiries and assisting with audits. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations, including the USA Patriot Act and OFAC, and report any suspicious activity to the BSA department. Answer and direct calls, take messages, and manage relationship managers' calendars, including scheduling in-person and virtual meetings. Compose, prepare, and manage correspondence, including confidential or sensitive information. Research, prioritize, and follow up on client issues, determining appropriate responses or referrals. Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and support effective communication between relationship managers and internal departments. Assist in completing new accounts, loan approval tickets (LATs), and account maintenance documentation, including CIPs, CDDs, and quality control forms. Maintain and update customer credit files and the Credit-Management System. Support daily operations, including credit inquiries, statement retrieval, check copies, scanning, and other special projects. Assist with account analysis, overdraft monitoring, and reporting to the Board of Directors. Verify client transaction requests and forward to the appropriate departments for processing. Process customer transactions, solve inquiries, and ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and support online tools such as "Top 10 Treasury Management Items." Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. Qualifications 1-2 Years of experience in banking, wealth management, retirement services, etc. High school diploma or equivalent experience/education. Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Typing skills to meet production needs. Intermediate math skills, including calculations of interest, ratios, percentages, and error detection. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train others and follow complex instructions. Ability to handle multi-faceted problems in non-standardized situations. Valid driver's license and insured vehicle if required for travel during job duties.
