Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized AircraftMaintenance Planner to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for strategicoversight, coordination, and execution of maintenance planning activities forour Part 91 and Part 135 fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strongunderstanding of aviation maintenance planning, with a strong attention todetail and organization skills to support maintenanceoperations in a fast-paced aviation environment, ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and aircraft availability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include thefollowing: • Develop, manage, and oversee short- and long-term maintenanceplans to ensure fleet airworthiness and regulatory compliance. • Monitor and track scheduled and unscheduled maintenance eventsusing approved maintenance tracking programs (e.g., FlightDocs/Veryon, CAMP,Traxall). • Coordinate with internal departments-including Flight Operations,Maintenance, and Scheduling-to minimize operational disruptions while meetingbusiness needs. • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer requirements,and company policies by proactively planning and scheduling inspections,service bulletins, and airworthiness directives. • Maintain and update records within enterprise systems such asCorridor, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of data for audits and regulatoryreviews. • Provide technical planning support and communicate upcomingmaintenance requirements to leadership and maintenance teams in a timelymanner. • Anticipate potential operational impacts and develop contingencyplans to reduce aircraft downtime.
Qualifications
Education & Experience: • High school diploma or generaleducation degree (GED) • 5 years of experience in aviation.Corporate aircraft experience preferred.
o Prior experience in Part 91, 121, 135, and/or 145 environments.
Skills & Competencies: • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withdemonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple departments. • Solid understanding of FAA regulations, maintenance compliancestandards, and aviation industry best practices. • Working knowledge of enterprise-level maintenance systems (e.g.,Corridor). • Familiarity with aircraft systems, technical publications, andmaintenance documentation. • Experience managing mixed fleets, specifically Bombardier, Cessna,Dassault, Embraer, and Gulfstream aircraft. • Proven experience with aircraft maintenance planning software(e.g., FlightDocs/Veryon, CAMP, Traxall) and proficiency in MS Office Suite. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability toanticipate and mitigate potential challenges in fleet planning.

Ability to attain Love Field Badge Valid Driver's License Work Environment & Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee isregularly exposed to various weather conditions. The employee may be exposed toloud noise levels in and around their work environment. The physical demandsregularly required are to sit for extended periods of time, squat, crawl, climbalong with the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Daily interactionwith vendors where tact and consideration are mandatory while maintaining ateam effort in customer service. Business Jet is an IS-BAO Stage III CertifiedOperator with FAA Approved SMS/ASAP Programs.
