In this pivotal role, you will shape our enterprise-wide product roadmap and drive innovation initiatives. You will lead a diverse team in designing and launching unique offerings that enhance clinical outcomes, optimize healthcare costs, and deliver exceptional experiences for members and providers. Your key responsibilities will include: Defining and executing the strategy for the enterprise product portfolio in line with our strategic objectives. Overseeing product governance and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies. Developing comprehensive product roadmaps. Leading and mentoring product strategists while fostering talent development. Participating in compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in product development or strategy, preferably in the health plan, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare industry. A proven record in product strategy, development, and portfolio management in the healthcare technology sector. Experience with buy vs. build analysis and familiarity with healthcare, clinical, and wellness products. Strong leadership capabilities and a solid background in managing large projects. The ability to drive talent development to ensure a high-performing team. This role demands a strategic thinker adept at navigating the intersection of specialty pharmacy, technology, and regulatory policy, with the capacity to leverage cross-functional partnerships for value and competitive advantage.
