About The Position Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours (11:30 - 23:30) Experience: Preferably experienced with both Siemens and GE equipment License: ODH licensure required Certifications: CPR Certification required, ARRT RT (R) registry required, CT registry preferred Must-Have: - Independently performs computed tomography (CT) procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media. - Works under their scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture. - Coordinates patient flow and the activities of the CT scanner. - Exercises professional judgment in the performance of duties in order to maintain equipment in good working condition. - May perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs. - May have on-call responsibilities. Description: We are seeking a dedicated CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will independently perform CT procedures using appropriate techniques. Experience with Siemens and GE equipment is preferred. The role includes administering contrast media and adhering to professional standards for medication and equipment handling. The CT Technologist will coordinate patient flow and ensure the scanner operates efficiently. Professional judgment is essential for maintaining equipment functionality. Additional responsibilities may include procedures in other imaging modalities depending on departmental needs. On-call responsibilities may also be required.
