Job Description

Infrastructure & Operations Leadership

Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise infrastructure including networks, data centers, servers, storage, and hosting solutions (on-premises and cloud). Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of core IT systems to support global manufacturing and business operations. Oversee IT operations processes such as incident, problem, change, and capacity management, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices. Networking & Data Centers

Direct the planning, deployment, and support of local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), wireless, and remote connectivity solutions. Manage the operation, security, and resiliency of corporate and plant-level data centers. Drive modernization initiatives including network segmentation, SD-WAN, and high-availability architectures. Cybersecurity

Oversee security architecture, vulnerability management, and compliance monitoring across infrastructure and operations. Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies, identity and access management, endpoint protection, and incident response plans. Partner with enterprise security teams, vendors, and auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory, industry, and insurance requirements. Servers, Hosting & Microsoft Technologies

Lead lifecycle management of Windows, Linux, and virtualized server environments. Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are in place and regularly tested. Manage the Microsoft ecosystem (Active Directory, M365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune) ensuring effective collaboration, governance, and end-user productivity. Client Services

Oversee service desk and client computing teams to ensure timely, effective resolution of incidents and requests. Define and track KPIs for user experience, satisfaction, and service quality. Standardize device management, patching, and deployment processes for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Vendor & Budget Management

Manage infrastructure vendors, contracts, and service providers to ensure value, performance, and cost control. Develop and manage capital and operating budgets for infrastructure and operations. Negotiate agreements for hardware, software, cloud services, and telecommunications. Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Infrastructure & Operations team. Foster collaboration across IT and business functions to ensure alignment and service excellence. Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational discipline.
