Summary
EXSIF is seeking a detail-oriented
Maintenance & Repair Coordinator
to support maintenance activities within our NASA region and its depot partner network. This role ensures that
ISO Tank & Chassis equipment i s scheduled for repairs and ensures accuracy of estimates provided by depot partners. Aids in inventory availability through effective planning, coordination, and communication between depot partners, parts vendors, and EXSIF operations team. The role supports operational activities, as directed by the Operations Manager, which result in expeditiously and accurately processing equipment through the repair cycle.
Functional Responsibilities
Daily monitor, input, update and approve repair estimates for depots. Ensure all system/manual processing complies with procedures. Monitor damaged inventory and track depot performance through reporting (downtime, response times, repair costs per agreed contractual rates) for business management review Assist in the timely resolution of repair or technical disputes in conjunction with operations analyst and tech surveyor Ensure customers receive system-generated repair invoices and manual invoices with appropriate backup documentation. Maintain a consistent and open dialogue with the EXSIF customer service and account management teams regarding ongoing technical projects and unfulfilled bookings. Support external depots by providing onboarding assistance for repair services, tank tests, & warranty (where applicable). (TLS/Connect) Follow up with depots to expedite turnaround of equipment and assist depots in obtaining repair approvals. Pull maintenance records, including repair estimates, supplementals, modifications, and service histories within TLS/Connect (CMMS Computerized Maintenance Management System). Liaise with depots and EXSIF account management teams to provide accurate repair lead times and/or data for Lump Sum Repair's (LSR's). Cross-functional coordination between NASA Region, Headquarters, and other global EXSIF Regions Support spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of materials and tools required for repairs as needed. 10% Travel Qualifications and Experience
Associate's degree in industrial category or related field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in maintenance coordination, planning, or related role in an industrial/manufacturing setting Familiarity with computer maintenance management systems CMMS or asset management systems Technical knowledge of Tank Containers or ISO Tank/Pressure Vessels Knowledge of safety standards and regulations (ADR, DOT, FMCSA, IMDG, CFR, OSHA, NFPA, ITCO, etc.) Skills and Abilities Required
Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with shifting priorities and company deadlines Solid oral and written communication skills, ability to effectively coordinate with depots Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, Outlook, etc.
Pay Range: $60,000-$65,000 Plus bonus potential
