Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Certified Surgical Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Alaska Regional Hospital TRAVEL-Certified Surgical Tech (701)-days NBSTSA is required Start Date: start date within 3 weeks of offer. Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Shift: 6:30AM-5:00PM On call is required ( Call will vary from one month to the next, but is typically about 5-6 shifts every 8 weeks ) Experience Needed: Davinci Xi Robotic Spinal Fusion (orthopedic or Neuroservice)_ Orthopedics to include Total Joint Arthroplasty Skill Set Most recruited for: Scrub tech needs are total joints, neuro and Xi Robots Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Patient advocate Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Total Joints, Multi-level spine fusions, Variety of Xi Robotic cases (GYN, Colorectal, General) Very little ENT, Dental, Eyes or plastics Best personality Fit: Positive outlook.
