The Customer Service Representative will support our business-to-business customers by handling inquiries related to pricing, product availability, order tracking, freight charges, and order entry. They will also be responsible for updating daily records of orders received and shipped to ensure smooth operations. This role is based at the Mickey Thompson headquarters in Stow, OH and plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Manage a high volume of incoming calls and route them appropriately. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account updates, and documentation. Enter customer orders/releases and assist with inventory management. Track shipments for both UPS and truck deliveries, ensuring timely updates. Monitor and update product availability to support customer inquiries. Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails. Provide guidance on product usage based on catalog information. Deliver clear and accurate information regarding pricing, shipments, and availability. Resolve customer complaints by offering timely and effective solutions, with follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Build strong relationships through open communication with internal teams and external customers. What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ years hands-on, dedicated customer service experience. What Will Set You Apart:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in EDI and ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus. Strong math skills for calculating discounts and currency conversions accurately. Skilled in solving complex, real-world problems with multiple variables and frequent interruptions. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Positive attitude, adaptable mindset, and a proactive, can-do approach to work.
