This includes but is not limited to training employees; planning, assigning; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employee Quality checks on recent customer HVAC installations.Respond to customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner; resolve customer complaintsAble to assist techs in bidding and estimating jobsEnsure work is performed ethically and in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements as well as in adherence with company safety standardsPursue training and development opportunities whenever needed to improve capabilitiesRun weekly training meetings to instruct on sales practices, new products, and KPI reviewsSupervise Apprentices Education/Certification Requirements: EPA Certified.A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.NATE Certification .HVAC certification or Diploma .Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s licenseJourneyman's LicenseWe sincerely thank all applicants in advance for submitting their interest in this position.
