POSITION SUMMARY

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitting team, ensuring accurate and timely assembly of kits for production or shipment. This role acts as a bridge between warehouse, inventory, and production teams, driving efficiency, quality, and team performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Supervise and coordinate kitting associates and leads to meet production schedules and quality standards Review work orders and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure correct components are picked and assembled Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to procurement or inventory control Train team members on kitting procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards Maintain accurate documentation of kitting activities and ensure compliance with company policies Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to align kitting operations with broader goals Identify process improvements and implement lean practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency Conduct regular audits to ensure kit accuracy and completeness Use ERP or warehouse management systems to track and manage kitting workflows All other duties assigned. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret diagrams, BOMs, and instructions Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment Team oriented with excellent communication skills Must be able to maintain a safe working environment Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems as they arise EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)

High School diploma or equivalent Four to Six years of experience in kitting, inventory, or warehouse operations Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
