Responsibilities - Automotive Body Shop Manager: Oversee all daily operations of the collision center to ensure production efficiency and high-quality repairs Lead and manage a team of estimators, body technicians, and painters Coordinate repair schedules, parts ordering, and workflow to maximize throughput Maintain compliance with OEM repair standards and safety protocols Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, customers, and internal departments Track performance metrics, profitability, and customer satisfaction Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to promote accountability and growth
Requirements/Qualifications - Automotive Body Shop Manager: 3+ years of experience managing an
automotive collision or body shop
(dealership experience preferred). Strong knowledge of
collision repair processes, estimating systems (CCC ONE or similar), and insurance procedures . Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proven ability to drive productivity while maintaining high quality standards. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. I-CAR certification or equivalent industry credentials a plus.
