Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment.
Provide individualized outpatient therapy, both individually and in family settings, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support clients in their mental health journeys.
Engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms in a timely manner, upholding the highest standards of professional responsibility.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach to mental health care.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
Possess a provisional license as required by state regulations.
A strong educational background supporting professional licensing.
A passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Dedication to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education opportunities.
Eagerness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
Strong commitment to ethical practices, maintaining confidentiality, and building rapport with clients and families.
