Part-time 20 hrs/wk - Hybrid work setting (In-Office hours vary according to company needs).

Position Overview

A detail-oriented, reliable Bookkeeper with great organizational and communication skills. The bookkeeper must be able to manage multiple financial accounts and documents efficiently, as they will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling transactions, and preparing financial reports, to support both the executive team and the accountant. The bookkeeper will assist with reports to ensure timely filing of taxes and compliance with all financial requirements.

Key Daily Responsibilities: Prepare and issue invoices and receipts to clients. Assist with payroll as needed. Review and accurately reconcile financial transactions on a weekly basis. Maintain and update QuickBooks records monthly, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets. Ensure transactions are properly categorized, cleaned up, and documented for clarity. Communicate regularly with the executive team to provide updates on financial status. Run financial reports monthly or as needed, and discuss findings with the executive team and accountant. Coordinate with the accountant to provide accurate records and assist with tax filings by providing copies of financial records and reports. Track and maintain schedules for financial reporting, tax filings, and compliance deadlines. Assist the accountant and executive team as needed with financial projects and documentation. Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of High School with a minimum of an Associate's College Degree Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role. Computer Proficiency: skilled with bookkeeping software and accounting tools such as QuickBooks

and

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Strong understanding of financial statements and bookkeeping principles. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills to interact with executives and accountants.

Hourly/Salary Range Compensation: $18 per hourWork Schedule: Monday thru Friday - 20 hrs/wk (Hybrid setting - work from home w/ some office hours required).
