Colonial Plumbing Heating Air

is seeking to hire a
full-time HVAC Service Technician
to go into our customers' homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. Are you a skilled HVAC Technician who is looking for the right company to build a

We offer our HVAC technicians competitive wage of
$27-$37/hour
based on experience, plus a
$1000
sign-on bonus
for great people. Our HVAC Technicians are also eligible for our

health benefits, dental and AFLAC options (pre-tax), AD&D and term life insurances, and a 401(k) plan . We offer
six paid holidays
per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) and
generous PTO
(personal time off) after 90 days:
40 hours - start through year 3
80 hours - 3rd year through year 6
120 hours - 7th year through year 19
160 hours - 20th year+

WORK SCHEDULE
Although there is flexibility to the work schedule, our HVAC Service Technicians typically work
Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
and rotate overtime, weekend, and on call for 24-hour service.
HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of HVAC installation, maintenance, or HVAC Service Technician experience
OR
comparable education
EPA certified
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
NATE certification is a plus! Are you friendly and able to build a strong rapport with our customers? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly? Are you courteous and respectful to customers and coworkers? Can you quickly troubleshoot problems? Are you attentive to detail with a desire to see the job done right the first time? Do you strive to go above and beyond? Can you maintain a neat, clean appearance and represent the company in a positive way? If so, you may be the perfect HVAC Technician to join our team!
