Travel Mammography Tech - $2,968 per week in Mountain View, CA

Job Title: Mammography Technologist Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Mammography Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 6.5 hours Experience: 2 years preferred License: Valid State License required Certifications: ARRT M, ARRT R, BLS, CA State Mammography Certification Must-Have: - Certification requirements: ARRT M or ARRT R accepted - Travel experience preferred - Previous charge experience preferred Description: Mammography Technologist needed. Shift: Variable schedule with options for Tuesday to Saturday or Monday to Friday. Typical hours are 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. A day shift on Saturday may serve as the fifth workday. Weekend off can potentially be Sunday and Monday or Friday and Sunday. Experience with 3-D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, and digital mammography is preferred. Candidates must have knowledge of radiation safety and universal precautions. Required charting system experience with Epic. Must be able to work with adults in a busy outpatient setting. Special equipment experience will be beneficial. Candidates must be prepared to undergo a background check prior to employment. Completion of necessary modules upon orientation is expected.
