We're looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused individuals to support our client's busy call center during the most festive time of the year.

Seasonal Customer Service Representative
Manage a high volume of incoming calls and customer inquiries regarding seasonal holiday products (Christmas lights, artificial trees, seasonal decorations, etc.) Identify and assess customers' needs through following a script to achieve overall satisfaction Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Handle customer complaints in a professional manner Requirements:
Excellent phone and communication skills Professional grammar and typing - accurate spelling is incredibly important! Customer first mindset with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Previous experience in a call center is preferred Additional Info:
Pay rate:
$20/hr. Location : Eden Prairie, MN Schedule:
8:30am - 5:00pm, Mon - Fri (occasional overtime hours) Duration : Seasonal - Starting in early November through mid-January
